The scope of the work includes; Preliminaries, Ground Works, Concrete Works, Masonry, Plastering, Carpentry & Joinery, Roofing, Ceiling, Tiling, Fixing Doors & Windows, Water Proofing and Finishing Works. Also a revetment for island protection.
